About this course
Skills-Based Organisation and Reskilling gives delegates a structured, practical understanding of what a skills-based organisation is and building a skills taxonomy, then builds the skills to apply reskilling and upskilling programmes, internal talent marketplaces and mobility and measuring skills readiness in real work.
