About this course
Behaviour-Based Safety Leadership gives delegates a structured, practical understanding of behaviour and safety culture and observation and feedback programmes, then builds the skills to apply leadership behaviours that drive safety, removing barriers to safe behaviour and measuring culture in real work. HSE training courses on risk assessment, investigation, audit and safety leadership for high-hazard industries and every workplace.
Sessions are led by practitioners with at least 15 years in the field, and mix short input with exercises, case studies and group work, so delegates return with methods they can use straight away.
