About this course
Psychosocial Risk and Workplace Wellbeing gives delegates a structured, practical understanding of psychosocial hazards at work and ISO 45003 guidance, then builds the skills to apply assessing workload, stress and fatigue, interventions and support and monitoring wellbeing in real work. HSE training courses on risk assessment, investigation, audit and safety leadership for high-hazard industries and every workplace. Demand for these skills is expected to rise strongly by 2028.
Sessions are led by practitioners with at least 15 years in the field, and mix short input with exercises, case studies and group work, so delegates return with methods they can use straight away.
