About this course
HVAC Systems Design and Energy Optimisation gives delegates a structured, practical understanding of HVAC fundamentals and psychrometrics and load calculation and system design, then builds the skills to apply chillers, AHUs and controls, energy optimisation and maintenance and commissioning in real work. Mechanical engineering courses on rotating and static equipment, codes, welding and inspection for plant engineers and technicians. Demand for these skills is expected to rise strongly by 2027.
Sessions are led by practitioners with at least 15 years in the field, and mix short input with exercises, case studies and group work, so delegates return with methods they can use straight away.
Who should attend
Mechanical engineers, maintenance supervisors, technicians, inspectors and reliability staff. No specialist prerequisites are required for the Practitioner level; Foundation, Advanced and Executive versions are available on request.
